• Single Use: One purchase grants the right to use the code for one project or client site only.
• No Resell: Reselling our original source code on other platforms without our written permission is a violation of our terms and may lead to license termination.

4. Payment & Transparency in Refunds

Your trust is our priority. However, due to the nature of digital goods:

• Since a downloaded product cannot be "returned," we generally do not offer refunds once the files are accessed.
• The Exception: If our product has a major technical defect that our support team cannot fix, we will provide a refund or an exchange. We ensure that our customers do not lose money on non-functional products.

8. Custom Development & Bookings

If you hire us to customize or set up a code:

• Timelines and costs will be decided through mutual discussion.
• If a project is cancelled mid-way, payment will be adjusted based on the amount of work already completed.
